To make the experience as enjoyable as possible, the brunch will be offered in two courses:

First service: 9:30 AM

Second service: 12:00PM

Boefish Brunch Plate ($35): Cheese omelet, homemade maple baked beans, bacon, sausages, ham, fresh fruit, toast

Casserole ($35): Roasted bell peppers, duck fat fingerling potatoes, 2 eggs, smoked bacon lardons, onions, marinated white beans, confit duck drumsticks

Pancakes ($30): Pancakes, fresh fruit, caramelized sugar sauce, crème anglaise, maple sugar, whipped cream

Steak & eggs ($45): Medium-cooked sirloin steak, grilled oyster mushrooms, 2 eggs, roasted tomatoes, onion fingerling potatoes, meat glaze

Eggs Benedict with salmon & lobster ($45): 2 poached eggs on an English muffin, spinach, asparagus, hot-smoked salmon, lobster meat, hollandaise sauce

Yogurt ($25): Plain yogurt, honey, fresh fruit, homemade muesli, caramelized pecans
