Starters:

– Warm Asparagus Salad: Hot prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, pistachios, soft-boiled egg

-Veal Carpaccio: Arugula, marinated fennel, tuna vinaigrette

-Smoked Salmon Blinis: Trout roe, lime vinaigrette, onion sprouts

Main menu:

-8 oz Beef Manhattan: Caramelized onions, smoked pork belly, meat glaze, green pepper, potatoes, vegetables
