Our new table d’hôte invites you to enjoy a delicious three-course menu for $84 + taxes and service.
It’s the perfect opportunity to share memorable moments over flavorful dishes, whether you are dining alone, with family or with friends.
Saguenay menu:
Starters:
- Fried pork belly ravioli, napa cabbage, pickled radish, spicy mayo
- Seafood chowder
- Endive and asparagus salad, cheddar tuille, soft-boiled egg, and smoked duck
Main courses:
- Filet mignon, port wine reduction, and crispy onions
- Pan-seared sea bass, black garlic butter, potato cake
- Veal osso bucco, braised vegetables, saffron risotto
- Filet mignon pasta, foie gras, veal demi-glace, roasted tomatoes, parsley purée

Starters:
- Soup of the day with garnishes
- Mushroom Medley, onion, and tomato – Veal stock and red wine reduction, topped with gremolata, served with greens and fried polenta
- Metled brie – With apple sauce and maple syrup, garnished with roasted pistachios. Served with bread
Main courses:
- 7oz Filet mignon, port sauce and fried leek (+$20 for 10oz) – Served with mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables
- Catch of the day – Coconut milk sauce, fish stock, orange, ginger, gochujang, and kaffir lime – Served on a bed of basmati rice with broccolini
- Pappardelle with arrabbiata sauce, onions, peppers, and mixed sausages – With parmesan shavings and basil oil
