Boefish Sherbrooke offers you the best. Our cellar is full of great vintages which perfectly fit the menu’s dishes, creating an incredible culinary experience.

Your waiter will help guide you to make the right choice regarding wine by using their knowledge but also by listening to your preferences.

How do we become a wine expert? Here are some golden rules for a perfect wine and meal pairing.

1. A wide range of grape variety

From red to white, from dry to fruity, from sweet to full-bodied, each of our bottles form a wide selection that makes up our large wine cellar. In fact, they are all unique.

When building our wine menu, Boefish Sherbrooke made sure to have a significant range of Cabernet-Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Sancerres and lots more…

 

2. From all over the world

From Toscany to Napa Valley, from Bordeaux to la Vallée du Rhône, from Victoria to Malborough, from Mendoza to Aconcagua Valley, from Western Cape to Alavesa, our wide range of grape varietals are from all over the world.

Our wide range of red wines are meant complement our steak cuts. Did you know that Californian wines, especially the Cabernet Sauvignon, are the best with steak?

We have more than 20 private importations. One of our goals is to frequently change and improve our wine menu in order to allow you to discover new varieties!
